10 Data security in case of contact via e-mail
You agree to an electronic communication if you yourself start the electronic contact with IMPaC Offshore Engineering GmbH. Upon request IMPaC Offshore Engineering GmbH will inform you in writing about which data of the user are stored at IMPaC Offshore Engineering GmbH in accordance with the legal regulations.
12 Objection against the processing of Data
If you do not want an active use of your data for internal purposes by IMPaC Offshore Engineering GmbH you are entitled by Art. 21 para. 2-4 EU-GDPR, to object against the future use and processing at any time. For this purpose you can just send an E-Mail to Datenschutzbeauftragter@impac.de . The special case of a legally required data blocking instead of a data deletion acc. to Art. 17-19 EU-GDPR remains unaffected therefrom.
All partners and staff members of IMPaC Offshore Engineering GmbH as well as possible third parties are obliged to secrecy and to compliance with the stipulations of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG, Federal Data Protection Act) and the EU-General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).
